Americans find nurses to be the most honest, ethical professionals. USA Today (12/12, 8A) reports, "The annual USA TODAY/Gallup Poll measuring honesty and ethics among 23 occupations puts nurses at the top of the list for the sixth straight year," with 84% of Americans saying "standards for nurses are 'high' or 'very high.'" They are followed by pharmacists and veterinarians.
