Cowden: Samento vahvistaa immuunijärjestelmää. Olen käyttänyt Samentoa vuodesta 2002 potilailleni (+ ruoansulatusentsyymejä sekä myrkkyjenpoistovalmisteita estämään Herxheimer-reaktioita). Usein potilaat ovat muutaman viikon kuluessa parantuneet huomattavasti. Mikroskooppisessa tutkimuksessa (dark field microscopy) olemme nähneet spirokeettojen määrän vähitellen vähenevän ja häviävän lopulta kokonaan. Minulla on satoja onnistuneita hoitoja Samentolla. Esim. 19-vuotias nainen oli sairastanut borrelioosia 14 vuotta. Hän ei kyennyt käymään normaalia koulua vaan opetus oli järjestetty kotiin ja hän kykeni kävelemään vain kävelytuen avulla. Borrelioosi oli aiheuttanut hänelle myös ns. "vuotavan suolen" jonka seurauksena hänellä oli vakavia allergisia reaktioita, esim. hän sai useita anafylaktisia shokkeja.

8 viikon Samenton käytön jälkeen hän kykeni kävelemään ilman tukea. Vähitellen astma, fibromyalgia, "aivosumu" ym. oireet hävisivät ja 5 kk kuluttua hän kykeni aloittamaan normaalit opinnot koulussa.

Jernigan: Borreliabakteerin tuottamat neurotoksiinit ovat bakteerien tuottamista myrkyistä vaarallisimpia (suom. huom. S.Donta on verrannut sitä botuliiniin). Nämä myrkyt aiheuttavat oireita senkin jälkeen kun borrelia bakteerit on mahdollisesti saatu hävitettyä elimistöstä. Olen käyttänyt myrkkyjen eliminointiin menestyksellisesti Samentoa ja Silphexiä.

Phillips: Taudinaiheuttajat, erityisesti ilman solunseinämää olevat borreliabakteerit, hakeutuvat sellaisille alueille joissa vastustuskyky on alhaisin. Siksi huonosti hoidetut, reikäiset hampaat tarjoavat niille oivallisen asuinsijan. Samenton avulla näiden mikrobien määrä on saatu häviämään lähes olemattomiin. "TOAs tend to inhibit the beneficial effect of POAs. Because the TOAs are absent, the patient experiences a powerful immune system modification from Samento. Pathological microbes as occur in Lyme disease are effectively combatted.

"I could offer hundreds of successful case histories in which Samento was my treatment of choice. One is that of C. F., a 19-year-old woman who has now been free of Lyme disease for 18 months. She consulted me in January 2003 after being victimized by Borrelia burgdorferi for 14 years so severely that she had isolated herself indoors with home-schooling for more than half-a-decade," says Dr. Cowden.
