Doksi aiheuttaa useille maha-suolistokanavan ongelmia ja valoherkkyyttä. Nyt on kehitteillä iholle levitettävä antibiootti.


We are working with transdermal doxycycline and a number of other antibiotics to decrease gut/GI side effects. Already working with doxy, which is cheap, and it seems 200 mg/1 ml equals 200 mg oral since first pass equals the moderate penetration. Only done side if the cream lasts 2 weeks. It can be mixed by competant others in 2 week intervals if clear powder and cream amounts set up.

Further options in early exploration: adding photosensitivity reducers and later have very high doses of doxy (and perhaps another antibiotic which are given IM or IV. Will keep posted.
