"Borrelioosimaailmassa" on nyt esillä Cumanda (Campsiandra angustifolia) -niminen luonnonlääke. Cumanda on Amazonin metsissä kasvavan puun kuorivalmiste. Farmakologisissa tutkimuksissa sen on todettu olevan tehokas esim. Borreliabakteerin tuhoamisessa. Lisäksi sen on todettu tuhoavan hiivoja, estävän tulehduksia ja moduloivan immuunijärjestelmää. What is Cumanda?

Cumanda is an herbal extract made from the bark of the Campsiandra angustifolia tree found in the Amazon basin. It has been used by indigenous groups in that region for hundreds of years.
