Registration Payment Information

This conference is being organized by ILADS member Sarah Chissell, MRCOG on behalf of the International Lyme and Associated Diseases Society. Credit card payments can be made through Paypal. We regret that we are unable take credit card payments by telephone at this time.
Confirmation

Delegates will be sent an email confirmation, which should be printed out and brought to the conference registration.
Registration Cancellation & Refunds

25% refund given when cancelled until 30th May, 2010.
No refund can be given after 30th May, 2010.
Accreditation

This meeting may be deemed suitable for your Continuing Professional Development Programme (CDP). Application for approval through the Royal College of Physicians is being sought at this time. All participants will be issues certificates of attendance. Please check back for updates.

To give physicians with clinical practice the basic tools to diagnose and treat Lyme disease and associated diseases.
