VERENLUOVUTUS/BORRELIOOSI

Amerikassa on annettu seuraavanlaiset ohjeet verenluovutuksesta borrelioosin yhteydessä: mikäli ab-hoito on tehonnut eikä sairaus ole muuttunut krooniseksi, verta voi luovuttaa 12 kk viimeisestä antibioottihoidosta. Mikäli sairastaa lisäinfektioita esim. babesioosia, verta ei voi luovuttaa. Suomalaisista ohjeista en ole ottanut selvää. Asia on varmasti hyvä selvittää.
