Having been diagnosed in late July, my treatment regimen is an ongoing, always changing protocol. I feel like I have a good program in mind. However, I would very much appreciate your thoughts and insights as you review what I am doing.

My Current Treatment

Here are the specific therapies that I am implementing at this time:

Prima Una de Gato1) I am currently taking 100mg doxycycline four times per day. I have a strong desire to lessen or eliminate the antibiotics once I move to some other therapies mentioned later. However, at this time, I do feel like the antibiotics are needed.

2) I am taking 20 drops of Prima Una de Gato (TOA-Free Cat's Claw) twice a day. This is a higher dose than is normally recommended, but I was energetically tested for dosage and this was what seemed appropriate. My LLMD generally does not recommend more than 24-30 drops per day.

NDF
3) I am using NDF to help with detox and removal of any heavy metals. I suggest talking with your doctor on any heavy metal detoxification program. My current dosage is 4 drops twice per day. You can read more about NDF, from the BioRay site.

Sauna 4) In an attempt to help my body further detoxify, I am using a far infrared sauna for 30 minutes per day. My LLMD suggested that sweating was a very good way to help with the detoxification process. So, I decided to purchase a portal unit for me to use at home. The source that I used for the sauna offers them at a very reasonable cost. I will provide details on their new web site when it is available. In the meantime, you can look at the details on one of their recent eBay auction listings.

Detox Foot Pads
5) I also use Detox Foot Pads while sleeping at night as another adjunctive therapy for supporting my body's ability to detox. Further information on detox foot pads, is available on my Detoxification and Detox Foot Pads pages.

6) I take also several supportive supplements. The complete list is available below. Some of the supplements that I believe to be important include: NAC, alpha-lipoic acid, whey protein, probiotics, fungal-defense supplements, enzymes, milk thistle, garlic, and several others. Future Treatment Options

My doctor continues to warn me that treatment of Lyme Disease is a marathon and not a sprint. I tend to be overly aggressive and want everything now. That said, I already feel like my program is pretty aggressive for the first month after having been diagnosed. I am taking most of September off for vacation and time to relax and then will continue with my treatment program with some new options.

1) I am planning to start using Rife Technology. If you have not already read the book, an excellent book on this topic is "When Antibiotics Fail...Lyme and Rife Machines". I am likely going to use the GB-4000.

2) In conjunction with Rife, I am likely going to use the KMT22 device, soon to be re-released as the Matrix21. This is a device that can be used for organism inhibition. The device is from Dietrich Klinghardt, M.D., Ph.D. The new version of this device is due in September. As this device may be somewhat less likely to promote "Herx" reactions, I will probably start with this one and then add the GB-4000 device a few weeks later.
